By submitting your job description, resume, or any other personal or professional information to Global Recruiters of Mountain Point, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
For Employers:
(a) Data Use and Privacy:
You consent to the collection, storage, and use of your job descriptions and related information by Global Recruiters of Mountain Point for recruitment purposes. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with job seekers as necessary for the recruitment process.
(b) Accuracy of Information:
You warrant that the job descriptions and related information you provide are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Global Recruiters of Mountain Point is not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided.
(c) Confidentiality:
All job descriptions and company information submitted will be kept confidential and used solely for recruitment purposes. However, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that it may be shared with job seekers as part of the recruitment process.
(d) Intellectual Property:
You retain ownership of your job descriptions and any intellectual property rights in the information you provide. By submitting your information, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, and display it for the purpose of recruitment.
(e) No Guarantees:
Submission of job descriptions does not guarantee that suitable candidates will be found or hired. Based on the terms of the Service Agreement, Global Recruiters of Mountain Point will use reasonable efforts to fulfill your requirements with suitable candidates but makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the availability of candidates or outcomes.
(f) Termination:
You may request the removal of your job descriptions from our database at any time. Global Recruiters of Mountain Point will comply with such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
For Job Seekers:
(a) Data Use and Privacy:
You consent to the collection, storage, and use of your resume and personal information by Global Recruiters of Mountain Point for job placement purposes. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with potential employers as necessary for the recruitment process.
(b) Accuracy of Information:
You warrant that the resume and personal information you provide are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Global Recruiters of Mountain Point is not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided. You understand that potential employers may have additional requirements for references and background verification. In those cases, GRN Mountain Point will not proceed with the hiring / referral process without first obtaining your consent.
(c) Confidentiality:
All resumes and personal information submitted will be kept confidential and used solely for job placement purposes. However, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that it may be shared with potential employers as part of the recruitment process.
(d) Intellectual Property:
You retain ownership of your resume and personal data. By submitting your information, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, and display it for the purpose of job placement.
(e) No Guarantees:
Submission of your resume does not guarantee employment or job placement. Global Recruiters of Mountain Point will use reasonable efforts to match your qualifications with suitable job opportunities but makes no guarantees or warranties regarding job offers or outcomes.
(f) Termination:
You may request the removal of your resume and personal information from our database at any time. Global Recruiters of Mountain Point will comply with such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
(g) Profile Promoting:
You agree to immediately inform GRN Mountain Point of any job offers that you receive and accept within a year from employers to whom GRN Mountain Point has promoted your professional profile on your behalf, even if handled by such employer’s internal recruiting process.
For Employers and Job Seekers:
(a) Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
(b) Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in such State.
