We offer to confidentially help you find the next step in your career. We want to find you the best company where your talent is appreciated, there is opportunity or growth, fits your needs and expectations, shares your values, and where you enjoy going to work every morning.

HOW WE WORK

Thanks for considering GRN Mountain Point. Below is an outline that explains the process we follow.

First

Use the "contact us" tab to fill out the form with your thoughts and motivation in pursuing a new opportunity. Then upload your resume and click the submit button.

Everything is strictly confidential between us. So, you can be as transparent as possible. Specifically, it covers:

  • Urgency for a new opportunity.
  • Efforts you've made to pursue a new opportunity.
  • Your decision process and who will help influence your decision.
  • Expectations of the work
  • Selling points of the company, the opportunity, you would want to pursue and your selling points as a candidate.
  • Compensation expectations.

You’ll automatically be placed in our network “Hot List”. This will give your profile visibility to every one of the GRN Offices in our network. 

Second

When an opportunity that fits your criteria comes across our desks, we will call you. You and us will spend 20 - 30 minutes reviewing these areas mentioned. We may email you some questions to get your thoughts together in preparation for our call.

Third

After we've talked, we'll decide whether we should advocate for you for that opportunity, continue on a Hotlist, or market you in other areas.

Fourth

If marketing makes better sense, we'll ask you to provide us a list of companies you would like us to market you to. We'll create a list as well.

Fifth

Our team may call your references before we present you to our clients, or before we start promoting you.

Sixth

Before we market you, we'll let you hear our presentation to the hiring managers we will be speaking to on your behalf. If we've missed anything, let us know. And if you want us to add other accomplishments that translate to better benefits a hiring manager will want to hear, let us know.

Seventh

We'll prepare you for all interviews and debrief with you after.

Eigth

We'll mediate on your behalf. This means we need to be clear on what your desired, realistic and walk away number for compensation is.

Finally

When you've decided on which offer to accept, we will help you transition from your current position to your new one. For instance, we'll assist you with writing your resignation letter if one is needed.
